One of the common notions here is that behavioral health is the same as mental health. Even though both are interchangeable, mental health is a term that comes under behavioral health. One silver lining amid all the disruption and issues is the normalization of these challenges at work.

Behavioral health focuses on one's behavior that contributes to one's well-being. These can even be physical health issues like obesity or mental issues like depression that contribute to behavioral health.
